Terms of Service

By accessing or using CraveGuard ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

CraveGuard provides digital coaching content, tools, and the Midnight Override System™ designed to help users manage late-night cravings. The Service is informational and lifestyle-oriented; it is not medical care.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to use the Service.

3. Account & Subscription

• You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• The Service is offered on a subscription basis at ₹199/month after a 7-day trial unless cancelled.
• You may cancel anytime from your account or by emailing support@craveguard.com. Cancellation stops future billing.

4. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed by our payment partners. If you are dissatisfied within the first 7 days, contact us for a refund per our refund policy. Beyond that window, fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

5. Acceptable Use

• Do not resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the Service or its content.
• Do not use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or other users' accounts.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials are owned by CraveGuard or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to access the Service for your own use.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results. See our Disclaimer for details.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CraveGuard shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 6 months.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
